Indexed Universal Life Insurance

Indexed Universal Life (IUL) Insurance provides the same lifetime of insurance coverage as Universal Life Insurance. The coverage period also does not expire as long as you pay your premiums.

The IUL policy has the same components as the Universal Life policy with the exception of some outstanding additional benefits listed below.

First, there is tremendous potential for growth in the cash value account in the policy. The account’s performance is based on the growth of the S&P® 500 index. It is important and powerful to note that the cash value account will only share in index gains and never shares the index losses.

Second, the growth of the account is based on accumulating interest not only on your principle, but also the interest and the money you’re not paying in taxes. That’s called triple compound interest.

Third, a custom-designed IUL plan can provide you with a tax-free income stream at retirement and this income will not affect your tax bracket or your social security benefits.
