Len Aoyama

Leonard started his career in insurance marketing in 1980 and founded Promark Financial 8 years later. As our President and CEO, Len built Promark into a powerful organization that has provided life insurance & retirement solutions to thousands of clients across America for over 20 years.

The Promark family sustained a great loss when Len passed in 2008 from a rare lung disease. He is greatly missed and is remembered for his loyalty and generosity in spirit and his boldness as a leader.

Kim Aoyama

Continuing with the legacy left by her husband, Leonard, Kim brings to Promark a 14 year career in independent sales and marketing. She is passionate about creating value for our clients, our agents, and our community and is committed to seeing Promark remain the premier provider of innovative, creative life insurance and retirement solutions for generations to come.

Chief Financial Officer

Amy Healey

Amy began her career in finance 16 years ago with Promark Financial and has been an integral and important part of the operations of the company. She currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Engagment & Relations Officer

Tracy Walker

Tracy joined Promark Financial in 2005 as the Manager of Operations. Her knowledge of operations, business processing, and licensing and contracting have made her a valuable asset to the team. She currently holds the position of Engagement and Relations Officer
